A bit perplexed

First of all, let me say that I love this print. I have purchased many shirts from this site and, whether as a gift or personal use, the recipient has been pleased with product. This particular shirt, however, has been a challenge on the size. I ordered one in a large, as I always get for myself, washed before wearing, as I always do, and it fit way too snug. I always order medium shirts for my girls and they are who I gave the shirt to. As tight as that shirt fit, I went up to an xx-large to replace it. It was big when I received it but I figured once I washed it, it too would shrink. So, I washed it before wearing, but it didn’t seem to shrink at all. Also, the stitching came loose in the hem at the bottom of shirt. I don’t know if maybe the shirt company mis-sized the shirts or just what could have happened. I contacted customer service but have not received a response from them, yet. Which is unusual as anytime I’ve had a question, in the past, they’ve always responded quickly. I’m a bit perplexed as I would really love to have this print, in this color. I know it is now offered in blue but this is my preferred color for this one. I am out the purchase price, and my points, on this one but only have a cool lounge shirt. Which is nice but this is an awesome print that deserves to be shown off:slightly_smiling: Any and all assistance on me getting a shirt in this print that fits will be greatly appreciated. This is the first review that has not been 5 stars as I have always been well pleased with site and products. Thank you
