Good Templates. but you can't find any worse customer service

Well you get the products in time and as expected but they won't help you with any changes at all once you done. i changed my ip and needed it changed on my banner aswell and they regret to help you and i had to pay $19.99 again to just get the change done. And for the last part their customer support takes ages to reply if they even reply's at all..

I sent them an email about wanting to change some texts, but they didnt change it or contact me back at all. The template is just as you would expect it to be but they wont help you after you order

Yes apart for the logo

Hello, A really like the banner but my logo came with a black background so it is not i expect. Is it possible to change the logo background to white without placing another orther? Let me know The rest was wonderfull Bye
