Good results from using - smoother hair after using the set

I see an improvement within days of using and by far got no allegy from the products. Love the mild fragrance n minty feel. Hair fall has reduce. Notice my hair was flat after using the essence wonder why? However recently when I use a color shampoo from another brand my hair drop so much even though I did use innabi before the color shampoo wonder what kind of hair dye I could use simultaneously with innabi? Any advise?
