I will never order from this website again

My son already has a pair of the undershorts which we like so I ordered him the exact same size in a small and it was very tight so needed to exchange it and you didn’t have any more sizes in stock at all and I emailed customer service to exchange for another online item and they wouldn’t let me. We also ordered the swim uv tee and we didn’t like material and again I wasn’t allowed to exchange for another online item. Now I can’t use either item and I fully lost my money. I’ve never seen online ordering or exchange like this before. I will never order again from your website.
