Disappointed!

I ordered the largest size you had for the mittens and they are too narrow at the cuff to get my hands in. I emailed you twice and heard nothing back. I want to return them and get my money back but it says return for exchange only? I have the largest size you showed which don’t fit so would like my money back

my wife's hands get cold gloves don't work. these are a bit hard to put on and take off, but keep here fingers warm.
