As much as I hate to leave a poor review as I have bought these toppers multiple times. I was extremely disappointed this time. When I opened the box, the topper looked used because the ends are so frayed and dry. I seriously looks like damaged 2 month old hair. I need the length because I combine the topper with extensions. If I cut off the three inches of damage at the ends it won't be long enough to blend in with my 24" extensions. I've never had this issue with any of the other toppers that I have ordered. I've probably ordered 4 to 5 other toppers from this company previously and they last about 3 months.
