2002-2006 Prairie 360 Belt Light Bypass W/O KEBC Kit

I ordered the wrong kit

I had ordered the KEBC delete kit for a brute force instead of the Prairie 360 and upon realizing my mistake I sent an email asking if I could just buy the bypass needed for the 360. Within 8hs I received an email with a direct link to fulfill my needs. The parts arrive in a timely manner and I was still having an issue with my 4wheeler, so I sent another email describing what was going on at 8pm. The next morning I had a response and diagnosis of what my problem was. The problem wasn't the delete kit or belt bypass, it was my carburetor just as the technician had advised in email. I made the mistake of ordering the wrong kit and customer service had it fixed in less than 12hrs. I had the team diagnose and explain problems I was having that have nothing to do with their products in less than 12hrs! I am delighted with this company and highly recommend. Do yourself a favor if considering the KEBC delete and go ahead and order the full package with the plate cover. The belt was easy to install and so was the bypass along with the KEBC delete. The customer service I received was surprisingly good. It's hard to find company's like Knight ATV and I'm glad to have their availability and will be a satisfied customer for years to come.

As it turned out I was unable to use the 2002-2006 Prairie 360 Belt Light Bypass W/O KEBC Kit on my machine as it was actually a 2007. Joe went out of his way to help me with my project and I can't recommend him and his company highly enough, they know their stuff and stand behind it. Thank you Joe and Knight ATV!
