After auditioning, I purchased the serpent Air

I never heard of better cables, well, not really true, I thought they were a basic cable manufacturer. However, I heard the Silver Serpent Air cables at a friend's house when he said to me, "I have a secret." I thought his system sounded excellent, with a tonally correct, detailed, and airy sound. I asked what his secret was. He told me, his $4000 interconnects.......were gone, he had replaced them with the Serpents, and he felt he received nearly 100% in performance matching. The cables replaced were named for a Norse god. Figure it out. The law of diminishing returns was on full display. Now, I have great cables in my system, and I felt no need to change, but I tried the SS Air and was shocked. more detail, no smearing, tonally correct, as I felt my originals were a little lean. I replaced the cable from my Galion Audio pre-amp to the Discovery mono-blocs, a highly resolving front end. I was streaming using an Eversolo DMP-A6 and Garlubridor Divinity. I was sold. A great cable regardless of price. Yes, the SS Air are pricey for many, but the reward is irrefutable. I am going to cable everything in them.

I bought 2 pair of these, one to use for my turntable and one to use for my sacd player. A remarkable improvement in the sound quality of both! Clearer sound, better sound stage!

Two sets of 3 ft Silver Serpent Air are used to connect a VPI Classic Signature turntable with a Audio Technica AT-ART9XA cartridge ( 0.2 mV output) to a Manley Labs Oasis phono preamp for a near perfect capacitance (~ 88 pF total). The second set connects to line input on the preamplifier, resulting in outstanding sonic performance.
