Very good quality but bad service

The pants themselves are good quality, but the buying and return experience was disappointing. I followed the size guide and even ordered half a size larger, yet they were still too tight. When I requested a return, I was told I had to purchase another pair immediately to avoid delays—an inconvenient process, but I went along with it. The biggest shock came with the return: nearly $70 for shipping, with no insurance or tracking once the package leaves the country. For such a large company, it’s surprising there are no local dealers or warehouses to handle exchanges. In the end, the return costs and hassle outweighed the product’s value. I would think twice before ordering again.
