Very positive experience, being of mature age I prefer to speak to a person when making a purchase. Natalie couldn’t have been more helpful, caring & generous with her time. Nothing was a problem in helping me, explaining the products & informing me benefits I was not aware of with the crystals & other products I ordered & am very happy with. I have also given the crystal masks as gifts, the recipients love them & are gaining great benefit as I am. I had a hiccup with delivery & Natalie happily sorted it immediately. She couldn’t be more helpful. Also answering my calls or returning them very efficiently. Thank you Natalie!! I’m sure I will be ordering more with Christmas coming up. It is good to give a gift to a loved one that will be beneficial to their physical, mental & emotional wellbeing & makes you feel calm, relaxed & peaceful.
