Short-Sleeve Polo Shirt

This was not a good experience for me. It took one month to get my order and when I did the shirt was too small. The website should contain actual measurements of the clothing so that we know what size to buy. It was all a guess. When I was in the store, we waited for at least 20 minutes for them to find the order. This whole process will involve making four trips to the store for one shirt - two looking for the first order, one to return the order because it was the wrong size, and another trip to pickup the re-order (which hopefully will be the right size, but who knows because it is just a guess). If your kid is not the typical size for his age, it's impossible to know what size to buy. Please put measurements on your website. Now school has started and my child does not have the required shirt to wear to school.
