Apple + Strawberry Fruit Bars

My son has level 3 Autism and only eats a few foods. I worry about his nutrition. He likes the apple strawberry bars! This is the first time he has been willing to eat fruit. I like them too! It is so hard to find snacks with good ingredients, but these are a no-brainer; apples, strawberries and That's It!

This is such a great product! I bought this for my niece as a surprise because these are her absolute favorite bars. Surprise success - “best auntie ever.”

These are good although sometimes a little tart. My first batch was the perfect texture, but the second one seems to have more pieces. I got the apple strawberry. Good small afternoon snack that isn’t unhealthy.
