Excellent! Was searching for a cycling short with minimal chamois and these are perfect! Starting a three day gravel ride of about 45 mi per day so glad I found these. I’ve worn them last few weeks for back to back 30 mi days without chaffing or any discomfort. They hold shape without sagging or bagging. Legs stay in place without riding up yet don’t create a bulge. Waist stays put without rolling. ALL the things I want in a cycling short! 5’2” 130 lbs 62 yo female

Love these spin shorts

Love these shorts! I can take a spin class and then work out in the gym without feeling awkward in cycle shorts. Chammy is very comfortable and offers ample support.

Comfy

Normally on cycling gear my wife upsizes and she did on this item; she would've been fine with her regular size. She did not return and loves them anyway. I would say true to size.
