We ordered a replacement door assembly after a freak accident where our original one got cracked/broken. (We’ve had our pen for over 5yrs and it is like new!! These things don’t wear easily!) I was a little nervous that the new door wouldn’t fit properly or could look like it didn’t match, but that was not the case. The replacement door arrived super quickly and was very easy to install. We love these products; it was such a great investment for our dog!!
