I installed it on a stock FLH. The oval air cleaner sticks out about an inch, but it's not too noticeable.

It got the job done

The instructions state use 1/4-20 3/8 long allen head screws but you can't get an Allen head on them. I had to go back and get 1/4-20 hex head but those only come in 1/2 inch so I had to grind them down. For a $125 small aluminum adapter I expect to be "plug and plat" with NO modification. I hesitantly recommend as it's the ONLY option out there to do this adaptation.
