When I first started taking it, it did wonders for my high blood pressure. I feel less hungry while taking it & the weight loss is slow but steady. I know I once I start exercising it will get better. Thank you

I’ve never had sea moss but I put it in my smoothies because I’m trying to be healthier and the more I drink it in my smoothies the healthier my body is going to get.
