Sensibo Air

I had a problem with both units, would not turn on my Aircon. Was about to return them..Contacted them by email. Almost instant response. Very helpful. They sorted the problem remotely online for me. Mind blown! Couldn't fault them. Brilliant.

It works perfectly and i connect this to my google home and assistant and i can voice control and switch it on remotely before i get home to enjoy coolness as soon as i reach home. Also, pair this with ny current remote was sooooo quick. Super easy to use. Love it!

I am using 5 Sensibo Airs with a new mini split heat pump/AC system (Bosch Climate 5000 Series). When I initially set up the first Sensibo, the displayed temperature on the Bosch minisplits would change to Celsius when controlled by the Sensibo Air. I reached out to support and they fixed it INCREDIBLY quickly, and ensured the remaining four units would work properly when I added them—no need for additional tech support or troubleshooting. The only shortcoming I have noticed would be that the swing controls for my unit seem to only control vertical swing, and not horizontal. That would be a welcome addition for the controller. HomeKit support is simple and works. The Sensibo app is robust, and I believe it will continue to refine model-by-model support with feedback. Great product, great support, great experience!
