Akzentz Pro-Tab Nail Forms

Expensive and doesn't hold well. After trying several times, I threw it in the garbage. Those cheaper golden paper forms are more effective. Luckily I have a good variety of paper forms. Tried to return but they have a policy that makes it impossible to get your money back. Be aware.
