I can’t find my package. It’s been almost a month since I ordered and the tracker says that it has been delivered but I never saw. It was delivered on the wrong address and after a try to contact them they did not take any action. I request a refund or a replacement. Update: I did email the customer service and got an answer after almost a week. They sent me a new a bag after verifying with UPS! And I got the bag like 2 days after!
