I ordered tempered glass got liquid

I like simple snap tempered glass protectors because they are easy to install and offer fairly good protection for some stupid reason they have switched over to liquid protectors I ordered what I thought was tempered glass but when it arrived its liquid theres no way to contact them directly short of an email to sales and i doubt i can even return the item i won't be purchasing from them again

S10+ Liquid Screen Protector - Not smudge resistant

I'm glad it appears invisible on the screen but it collects fingerprint smudges like crazy. Maybe even more than the screen without the protector on it. I did get the $250 coverage so if I drop it and the screen cracks at least I have that. Easy installation with instructions so no issues there. Just wish it was anti fingerprint

When I got the product was getting to put it on my phone it has cracked all on top of the protector before I could even use it
