Bike rack does not tilt away from back gate of car, meaning I would have to remove bikes to access it. Was not suitable for my Mazda CX-50. Otherwise, customer service and delivery were great and very quick.

Sturdy. The 'rubber' on the top hooks is tough and hard - scratched the top tube immediately. I put 3/4" foam pipe corners on them.
