Super well organized and top notch workshop

We organized an office workshop and Paige and the staff was incredible. They arrived early, organized everything, set up the tools for each participant, helped along the way, timed out the steps well so that we can all leave with the candles that day. I was very impressed by how well run this workshop was at our office location. They are fantastic!

Good service and communication, just frustrating refund policy

The purchase of a gift card was super easy and efficient. I was hoping to be refunded so I reached out to request this. Communication was quick and kind. Unfortunately, I was informed a refund was not possible, which was very disappointing.
