I have never experienced customer service like I have from Night Vision Universe. I had some questions about shipping and the product and the owner Bruce Nolan personally spoke with me on the phone. Bruce took the time and answered all my questions thoroughly. He immediately answers emails as well. Great outfit and owner!

Awesome service

Bruce always gives awesome service, the sale price was fantastic, my first thoughts of the thermal, I am going to like it a lot. I have barely had it 24 hours (I have charged the batteries and gone through the menu early this morning)will be getting ready for the upcoming Missouri thermal season.
