Remember for a full package of pasta, you need FOUR discos
The product is great but since generally, you boil quite a bit of water to make a full batch of pasta, it takes four of the discos for each full package of pasta (based on the quantities shown on the jar and compared with the water suggested on the packages of pasta. ) So, the only reason I give it four stars instead of five is that it’s pretty expensive when you use four at a time, and you go through it quickly.

We are pleased with our purchase of Disco di Sale. Great addition to our kitchen. Pasta and potato water seasoned with discs came out delicious. Takes the guess work out of seasoning the water.
