I love the design however the pendant feels very thin, I’m concerned if it gets caught on something it may snap. Getting in contact with anyone from here was impossible and item should not be labeled as ready to ship as it took over a month for it to ship, after I had to message them through various platforms and never received a response or shipping confirmation email. Do not upgrade shipping, I paid for ups and received usps.
