Im an OG fan. 50hz made sichuan pepper accessible and easy. They get all the stars. I recently ran out of both oils but was in the process of moving, so decided to wait to order. Those were the longest darkest months of my life. Fortunately my long national nightmare is over. Flavor us in the house again.

Tingles so good

I have long been a fan of Sichuan food. I love the spice and I love the numbness and tingle that results from Sichuan peppers. However, I had never heard of 50 Hertz Tingly foods until about 6 weeks ago at a wine festival in Richmond, Virginia. I bought one can of the peanuts and a set of the oils on site and absolutely loved them. I had to purchase another set of peanuts, in addition, to the peppers themselves. I took the ones left from my first can of peanuts and added it to some lo mein with a bit of the oil. It was sooooo good. I plan to continue finding ways to incorporate the tingle in my meals!
