Bill was really helpful (and super prompt in responding!) with my product inquiries before purchase and also when there was a shipping delay (no fault of theirs). Product was as advertised, and works great. Despite being well packaged it was slightly damaged in shipping, a tab bent and broke one of the antenna mounts, however it still works, whew.
