I bought this to replace my old Simplehuman dishrack. It looks fantastic and holds a lot of dishes. Love all the features and the changes. Bought the knife block to go with it. Haven’t cleaned it yet but it looks like it should be easy to clean.

Awful customer service, item still not arrived

This item still hasn't arrived after many weeks of waiting and hours of following up with Simplehuman's customer service. Simplehuman insists on repeatedly using GoBolt, a company that has already "lost" the package twice. I can't review the product as I haven't even received, yet I am invited to review it. Awful.
