Waterproof Hat

This is the first time I have shopped at The Hat Shop but I had been looking for a good quality and stylish waterproof hat for some time. The customer service was very personal as when I ordered the hat I received an email to say that there would be a delay and would I like a refund. I was happy to wait for the hat and the quality and style is just what I was hoping for. What a great online experience.

My brother-in-law loves his new hat

My brother-in-law bought a British Wax Traveller from another company and on the second day of him wearing it, a freak wind blew it off his head and it went sailing down a river in the lake district. He abosultely loves this new hat. It arrived perfectly and in time for his wedding anniversary. Amazing product and amazing company.
