Terrible Customer service

I have emailed you so many times as soon as I received the hats, and received nothing back, there has been no other way to contact anyone. Both the hats did not have the pin badges on them, I sent in pictures and continued to email daily to ask for them to be sent and received absolutely nothing back. I am very disappointed in the service I have received or lack of.
