Scooter's Diner Lit Sign

The sign arrived broken. It was immediately replaced by Dept. 56 so customer service was good. I gave it an okay rating because the color scheme on the replacement is not the same as the original.

I bought this as a replacement after the original sign I purchased along with the diner didn’t work the day after I bought it. Thought maybe I just had a dud but this one didn’t work either. The light works but the turning mechanism doesn’t
