Hayward Heat Exchanger FDXLHXA1250

Excellent knowledge and advice from the sales rep. He took the time and explained the installation process in detail, told me what to expect and what to look for. Customer service at its best. Access to the heat exchanger is a process involving just sheet metal screws, the two pool water connections and a couple of idiot proof low voltage wiring connections (plugs). Lift the old heat exchanger out. Reverse for installation. Mine took 45 minutes. New unit came complete with sensors, mixer valve, pressure, switch, all preinstalled. No gas or electrical involved. I'm very happy with the results.
