The product is well made, but their return service is questionable. I followed their diagram in order to measure my dog. However the hat (in the size) I ordered turned out to be way too small. I then asked for a a return postage doc. After this, they asked for photos of my dog wearing the hat, which I did. The company could see the hat was too small and replied accordingly. However they then requested more photos of how I measured my dog’s head, which in my mind was questioning my ability to follow their diagram showing how to measure. At this point I couldnt be bothered.
