Hose Amazing, Delivery Not So Much

Once the hose arrived, it is perfect, good quality, fits well and working great. However, getting it here was a challenge. Website promised free delivery. Canpar took it to a their depot 1 1/2 hours away and just posted it 'Ready for Pick Up'. We called Canpar 5 separate times and were told each time, that was a mistake, they would fix it and deliver the following day...still it did not arrive. We called the Vacuum Store for assistance and they were not able or willing to intervene and advised us to just go pick it up. It would have been the same time to drive to the store and purchase as to drive to the Canpar depot. Extremely happy with the product, not happy at all with the misdirection and confusion over the delivery and lack of resolution.
