When I ordered my star, I made a few errors with the wording etc. I emailed the team and they fixed everything immediately, with no fuss at all. Thank you!

I was so excited to receive the product! It is a birthday gift for our son-in-law. I'm sure he will be thrilled. I was, however, very disappointed in the frame. For the money, I expected it to be better quality. It is flimsy and the "glass" is not glass at all, rather a cheap plastic.

I bought the star for my daughter’s 21st birthday in heaven, It was my first birthday without her. I do love it and the app, the only thing that was very disappointing is i bought the frame too, this was a mistake as it’s extremely cheap and poorly made, the covering is plastic and not glass. I went to the supermarket and bought one for £5.00 which has a glass front and is a million times better than the £15.00 one I purchased with the certificate. I would also point out to check the contents of what you ordered before you buy because it automatically includes a tip and additional extras you have not requested.
