Okay, I will admit this is nit picky and most of you are not going to see it. I love the look, texture and resonance of real wood. I ordered the switch version of the UE 18+ Pros, I chose the two wood options at the time. The middle set was recently replaced by UE, because the set I received had someone else's custom brand logo. Shame because the wood on that set amazing. The replacement for that set is the middle and you can see some greying around the edges that appear to be either air bubbles or moisture that escaped from the wood at the time of adding the resin. This replacement set is also not as rounded or feels as finished as the other two sets. Now, kudos for the team immediately offering to send and then sending a replacement set. It actually makes me feel bad to call out the flaw. Again, I cannot fault the team for the limited options, but those options need to be near perfect if you are only going to offer a limited selection. I would love to see more wood options available. And I will likely consider ordering more should styles that are stunning come available. Last issue, and this is a customer service issue. I have brought this up with the team members that have worked with me. I would like to see the website redone so that I can see exactly where my order is in the process. Not just being sent to a page that says your order is process and here is the shipping tracking that is unavailable. These took 2 or 3 weeks from the date of order to be made and sent. (Not complaining about the time, just that the website never showed me anything useful until after they shipped).

The coolest accessory for the best sounding IEM's ever
Making the UE Lives any better would be very hard!! Buy UE did it with the changeable UE Switch faceplates.. in the mood for subtle or elegant use one of the beautiful wood options. Or Black-Tie gig, the super slick black with glitter.. or feeling playful.. one of the flowers or tie-died or create your own!!! Sometimes I use orange on my right and green on my left.. or my favorite the Purple Heart wood!!! Absolutely beautiful.. I have 6 sets of switch plates and will continue to add to my collection
