While trekking over mixed terrain in the Faroe Islands, a friend and I both lost the rubber tips from our hiking poles. I assumed that it would be difficult, if not impossible, to replace such a small item. This proved to be true for my friend, who used another company’s product. Not so with Helinox. After a short letter to customer support, I was quickly given a link to the precise location to order replacements.
