In the video, I'm a 5'5" (165cm) and my brother is 5'10" (177cm). He's significantly heavier and was kicking pretty had. The pads were sturdy and took the blows really well.

I was hesitant at first because I was not sure it came as a pair or it was only one item. The company answered my question that it came as a pair and of course it’s Fairtex so I know it’s quality. Best decision
