My wife wanted a particular purse that they were sold out of. There was therefore no way to enter their Black Friday discount code to get the 15% off, since I was getting her a gift card instead for Christmas. I emailed post purchase, and they gladly and promptly refunded the discounted amount. Very customer friendly and ethical.
