Having moved away from traditional KCups ,I have switched to this brand due to their non plastic pods. I like the Extra Dark Italian which has a deep rich flavor that I like. Customer service is great. Very happy!

I had to change from another brand of coffee for my husband. He likes only the darkest of coffees. I searched the Internet and ordered boxes of coffee pods from several brands. Your coffee is the only brand he likes. Congrats and he stills prefers your coffee over any other.

BEST dark roast coffee ever! And I have tried them all. I have dozens of unfinished "other brands" they simply dont hold a candle anywhere close to SF Bay ! Rich, robust, smooth. Cant find enough exemplary adjectives to describe this coffee!
