Smoked Raclette Cheese, sliced, 5.3 oz

Great stuff!

I was just in Switzerland, and when the local cheese shop was closed we purchased the same smoked raclette for our dinner - perfect replacement and already sliced - very easy!

Prefer it not melted

The smoked Raclette is very tasty, but I prefer it not melted, which kind of defeats the whole purpose of Raclette. I'm very glad I got it, and will try different things to put it on (like toast, or other bread). The Mifroma brand is so good.
