Cracked and broke immediately after drying

Unfortunately, I really disliked this wax. I applied a few strips to an arm with little to no hair just to see how the wax spread and it spread easily. I then peeled it off and it broke apart so I gave it another chance and applied two strips on coarse body hair, one right after the other (one thinner and one thicker to test consistency). But when I went to pull them both off, they cracked and broke apart instead of pulling off like normal hard wax. I had to pluck, pull, and scrape at my poor clients skin and hair to get all the broken cracked bits of wax off. I honestly would love a refund because I will not be using this wax ever again.

Easy to clean

I thought it would be thicker for coarse facial hair but its not. Breaks off and ive tried different methods all 4 times. Thicker, thinner, and even with a strip..
