I really like the size and the curve brush however, I did not like all the lumps that were on the brush. I have asked for a replacement which I think they are in the process of doing.

Love this mascara

I have tried other brands but ALWAYS come back to this one. It is easy to remove, with just water which is a big plus for me. More importantly it doesn't smudge and stays put all day and night long. I have sensitive eyes and wear lenses and this mascara is perfect.

Expect better

I have now done two online orders from VB directly. The first one I was supposed to get the velvet pouch, wasn’t in the box. The second, it was packed so poorly every book inside looked like it had been sat on or travelled around the world. You could never give it as gift. For a brand that should provide as beautiful and secure packaging as Chanel, not even close. Don’t recommend online purchases - I did 3 stick blushes. Tint and mascara . . never mind all the other products I’ve bought in selfriges and her boutique. won’t online shop at VB again.
