Men’s Curb Chain Cross Necklace

Tarnished after 6 days, Broke after 8 days.

Bought this for my husband for Father's Day. I was very disheartened that it was tarnished after not even a week, two days later the cross fell off the chain. I reached out to customer service and have not heard back. Hoping this can be fixed. Very disappointed in the cheap materials. Does not feel high quality.
