Electroplated diamond discs

6" Hi Tech flat lap

The flat lap is a great unit. The fact that discs can be added to the all u need setup is a plus. I like that you can upgrade the 6" to an 8" without having to purchase a new unit. Orders are usually shipped and received without any issues, and customer service is great. The discs regardless if they are grinding, smoothing, or polish seem to last a good amount of time before replacing. This unit let's you do more than just a flat face. I have made free form cabachons, and have done slight dome polishes.

The grinding discs are really good they seem to hold their grit for a long time don't seem to be dulling at all the polishing discs the blue and the orange I really like you also definitely need the sponge pads. I've already post purchased a couple of backups but I could use a couple of more and possibly a discount coupon would be nice

I have purchased several of these in various grits, they work fantastic, very easy to put on the backing plate, I will continue purchasing from Hi-Tech the products are well made and customer support is one of the best.
