4" digital caliper

This caliper has some problems. One if the two batteries was dead, on arrival. The unit will not hold it's calibration. The sliding bar has a jagged end Finally, the action of the slider is not smooth. Essentially, it is a dud. I should send it back.

A little disappointing

arrived with dead battery in the caliper. very touchy about slide movement it wants to not hold zero until zeroed again.
