Saw fence
It works great only if it would stay in place. It’s hard trying to the hold the fence down with fingers and still trying to hold the rock. Need to place something in the middle of the fence that will connect to the inside of the lid to hold it down (screw and wing nut).

Unstable fence
The saw fence is a good idea with appropriate tension on wing nuts. However, there is an engineering flaw. There needs to be anchor tension on the forward and aft of saw fence. When cutting the saw fence lifts up, creating variance in cutting. Resolving this would reduce having to hold fence down with left hand. When the left hand has to hold the fence, it limits the precision of cutting to only the right hand on the material being cut.

Why?
Not sure why I purchased this. Rocks are rarely uniforn in shape and this is more of a hinderance to straight cuts. locator pins are not properly sized for holes in the saw table. Too tight to easily relocate. Loosening the attaching wing nuts and pressing down on guide is very, very cumbersome as well. In short I won't be using this attachment again. Oh well!
