Salomon XA Forces 8 GTX Boot

OUTSTANDING BOOTS!!!

After owning a few pairs of boots in the QUEST line and putting them through hell it was time to find a replacement. I was about to order another pair of quests when I found these XA Forces. The 8inch upper was one of the few things I felt was lacking on the quests, so I decided to give them a shot. Amazing product. The fit is true and comfortable out of the box. Best pair of patrol boots I've used so far.

I watched a review and made a discussion to purchase them. Absolutely the best decision for me. Shirt breaking time. I absolutely love the height and design. I love the fact that the boot does not have a side zipper.

Solid Boots

I can do up to 15 miles at work in a day and have tried A LOT of different boots. Comfort wise I would rate these very high. I have a wide-ish foot and these fit very well. No odd rubbing anywhere either, nice tongue and tie. They are definitely the tallest 8” boot I’ve had, neither good nor bad just stating the fact (can’t say I exactly prefer it compared to a standard 8”). Haven’t been in complete standing water yet, but in rain, wet weeds, grass, and brush for several hours and it kept my socks dry. I’m curious to see how well they hold up over time considering how comfortable they seem to be right out of the box. Usually comfort seems to lack durability, guess we shall see. Highly recommend so far.
