I love the scoop on the end and how cold the wand can get from just being on the counter, but it doesn't have a "vibration" effect like some others, but still a great product!

This was a repurchase. I love it. It feels cooling and massages my eye area nicely. I use it to apply eye cream or to depuff my eyes.
