Horrible customer service and defective product

The item arrived with the flashlight not working. I’ve checked the batteries and attempted flipped the batteries in case they were placed in the wrong direction with no luck. I’ve reached out to costumer service in regards to the defect, and received instruction for a different model instead. Costumer service has since ghosted me. Quite disappointed for what was supposed to be a birthday present. Do NOT purchase from this company, you will have better return policy/customer service buying it off Amazon instead.
